Next Saturday, August 5th, at Grillin’ on the Green you will be overwhelmed by the BBQ being prepared by our 12 grillin’ teams. They are: The Smokin’ Aces (Adam Bruch), Beef Cake (Jesse Richardson), Team JQ (Jason Strickler & Dave Hansen), Lakeside Team (Nurses Assoc. for Sutter), Just the Tri Tip (Tim Biasotti), Livin’ Made E.Z. (Adam Newell), Happy Papa BBQ (Robert Norton), Aaron & Robs BBQ (Aaron Vanderwarker), Delta Iota Tau, City of Lakeport, Kiwanis Club of Lakeport and Early Lake Lions. With this great lineup, we take no responsibility if you go home hungry. ?

The Pump Track was opened in May, 2017 and is receiving a lot of use.

The Committee thanks the Rotary Club of Lakeport for funding its development and Richard Neils for managing the project.

The City Council approved the Committee’s requested relocation of the Equestrian Center to a more appropriate site.  This Lake County News article tells all about it.

RB Peters is doing site prep on the area at the south end of the Jane Barnes Field.  The work will create the proper slope and elevations per the engineer’s plans.  This area will be developed with a bike pump track, skate area and sand courts.

On Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 9:00 AM we will be planting the 12 oak trees in the area adjacent to the mosaic sign. The holes will be dug and ready.
